RG Gem Crystal Applicator Tool is designed for assistance in gluing rhinestones and a great tool, must have tool, for nail art professionals.  The Gem C.A.T. had double heads.  One head has a wax tip for picking and placing the stones.  The other side features a stainless-steel tip for arranging or pressing the crystals once they are placed, an adjustment tip.
